Questions worth asking upfront
How is pricing calculated?+
A small flat platform fee plus whatever capacity you pick — agents, survey responses, attachments. Each meter is independent: a surveys-only team can leave responses high and storage low; a ticketing-only team can leave responses at zero. Tickets are unlimited under fair use (50K/month per agent), so you don't pay extra to scale your support volume. Your bill = platform fee + Σ(what you used).
Can I get a refund of unused credit?+
Yes. If you close your account, we refund the unused credit to your original payment method, no questions asked. Your prepayment is held as a customer credit on our books, not as our revenue — so returning it is straightforward both ways.
Can I add or remove capacity anytime?+
Yes. Add agents, responses, or storage whenever you need to; the change takes effect immediately. Reduce anytime too — daily debits drop accordingly. No annual lock-ins.
What does “BYO LLM keys” mean?+
AI features (autopilot, RCA assistant, response classifier, agent copilot) call LLMs. You bring your own provider keys — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other — and we don't mark up AI usage. Use as much as you want; your bill from us doesn't change.
What happens to my data after 12 months?+
Closed tickets and completed survey responses older than 12 months are automatically cold-archived to S3 as compressed Parquet, and stay queryable on demand via an “archive query” flow (a few seconds slower). Need longer hot retention? Get in touch.
